Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, let us know within 24 hours of the visit and we’ll return to re-scoop your yard at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Refund Eligibility
Because our service is provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, refunds are typically not issued once a cleanup has been completed. However, we understand that life happens — so we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We’re always happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
You may be eligible for a refund if:

Service was paid for but not delivered due to a scheduling error on our end.

You canceled your service before the scheduled visit and did not receive a refund.

You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled visit after the technician is en route or has arrived.

If you forget to unlock your gate or restrict access to the yard, preventing us from completing the service.

If the service was completed as scheduled and no issue was reported within 24 hours.
