Welcome to K9CleanUpKW. By subscribing to or using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

We offer professional pet waste removal services for residential and multi-unit properties in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Service options include:

  • One-Time Cleanups

  • Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Service

  • Twice-Weekly Service

  • Pet Waste Station Installation & Refills (for condos and landlords)


2. Payment Terms

  • Billing Period: Services are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Payment Method: We currently accept payments via Stripe. Clients will receive an invoice each month.

  • Late Payments: Late or missed payments may result in a pause of service until the account is current.


3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return for a free re-scoop—no questions asked.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your service at any time with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

  • We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid being charged for that week.


5. Access and Safety

  • Gates must be unlocked and pets secured on service days.

  • If we cannot access your yard, we will notify you and attempt one follow-up visit.

  • Gate photos are taken after each visit to confirm your property was secured before we leave.


6. Sanitation and Cross-Contamination

All tools, equipment, and footwear are fully sanitized between each yard to prevent the spread of disease or bacteria—especially important for multi-pet homes and animal-related businesses.


7. Liability

K9CleanUpKW is not liable for:

  • Pets that escape due to unlocked or faulty gates.

  • Waste not visible due to snow, long grass, leaves, or obstructions.

  • Damage to lawns or landscaping caused by normal foot traffic during service.
     

8. Privacy and Communication

We collect your name, address, phone number, and email to provide our services. We will never share your information with third parties.

You may receive:

  • Service reminder texts

  • Post-visit emails

  • Occasional promotional updates (opt-out available anytime)
     

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
